Welcome Reception

There is a welcome reception party in the evening on Monday, May 25th from 19:00 to 21:00 at the 1st floor of the Noyori Conference Hall.


Workshop Dinner

The workshop dinner is held in the evening on Thursday, May 28th from 19:00 to 21:00 at restaurant in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. Prof. Toshihide Maskawa, a Novel Laureate in Physic and the director of Kobayashi-Maskawa Institute, will also join us. To taste a bit of Japanese traditional culture, there will be a special presentation of "Gagaku", Japanese classical court music.


Excursion (Wednesday afternoon on May 27)

Excursion will be arranged in the afternoon on Wednesday, 27th May. The following three two choices are available. Please book for excursion through the Registration page.



Course 1 : Nagaragawa Ukai Tour (dinner included)

Excursion fee: JPY 10,000 / person
*including round trip transfer by bus, entrance fees, Ukai boat, a dinner at local Japanese restaurant and an English speaking guide

Course 2 : Inuyama Castle & Urakuen

Excursion fee: JPY 5,000 / person
*including round trip transfer by bus, entrance fee, tea ceremony experience and an English speaking guide

→ This course is canceled because the number of participants does not reach the minimum participants to hold tour.
